Replace an older Cuisinart coffee maker with this model (the older model lasted 14 years or so). Familiar with the coffee side and it makes a good pot of coffee. My complaints are on the single serving side when using hot water for tea. The water tends to spray and gets on the counter and floor and the water picks up a taste when left in the reservoir overnight (kind of scary actually). I do not know if this is from the treated water in my area of if the reservoir material is leaching. I intend to use distilled water and see if the taste remains. So, beware. I have not tried a K-cup, so no comments to add for that feature.

I got this for Christmas and have been having the best time making coffee and using k-cups for single cups! There are two minor issues that would be nice for cuisinart to address and resolve that would make me give 5 full stars. The first one: the user guide says it comes with (2) two charcoal filters but there was only one. The second one: the single cup side is not smooth when the water comes out, no matter what. It spits and makes a little mess when you use anything smaller than a travel size mug. I have to keep a dish towel put down to keep the area clean/dry. Otherwise, it’s great. Just think the name brand and cost would produce a better impression.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this coffee maker during Christmas time and love it! It looks so nice on the counter compared to other options I considered and is more compact than the other options. It’s great having both the full brew option and the single serve all together without having to have multiple machines out.
My only complaint is I wish the water reservoir for the full brew side was easier to fill. It’s in the back and is very narrow so a bit tricky to pour all the water in from the pot without spilling some. But, you make it work and it certainly is not a deal breaker...just a bit of an inconvenience. Overall very happy with this product!

I purchased this for myself for Christmas. I wanted to be able to make a full pot of coffee and also be able to have a few cups of green tea using the single cup. I’m happy with my purchase but I only gave it four stars for two reasons. First it is not easy to pour a full pot of water into the small opening without spilling some. Second if you use the single cup side you better pull your cup forward off the spot your designated to put your cup or you will have hot liquid splashing on your countertop. Other then that the coffee tastes great and the three choice for the amount of liquid you’d like in your single serving is great.

Had my eye on this product since it came out in 2017, but I decided to wait on buying until it had been on the market for a year...finally got it for myself this past Christmas. Wish I never waited...I love this machine! Easy to set up, easy to use, the do-it-yourself coffee pod lets me make just what I want, as strong as I want it...and it looks great in my kitchen - my friends are impressed! One piece of advice: Open and close the pod housing gently to avoid pods tearing open and grounds flowing into your cup. This happened to me twice before I figured out I was being too rough when closing it down.

Very expensive for what you get. The single cup function is horrible. If I could give it a 0 star I would. The height of base allows coffee to splash all over the place (counter, edges of the cup). Let's add that the grounds come out of the K-cup and get all over the place.

The Cuisinart Coffee Center is perfect for our family of coffee drinkers. We use the refillable single-use cups and the filter screen in the coffee maker, saving us lots on k-cups and filters. The brewing is perfect especially when we can adjust the brew strength to bold for carafe coffee and select the size of the single cup. My only concern was that when making coffee in a short cup in the single-serve station, there was often a few drops splatter on the counter when I used a short cup. But, this problem was easily fixed by buying a height adjustable stand from a different maker. Our cups of any size are now close to the dispenser, so no more splatter.
