This coffeemaker makes a great pot of coffee that stays hot. We also love the single cup/pod side too. As a retired couple the quick cup of coffee is perfect. And the coffe pot is perfect for friends and family. We had one like this and literally wore it out. Yes, it is not a cheap item to replace, but we bought another just like the first.

We really like our Coffee Center 12 Cup Coffeemaker and Single Serve Brewer. The coffee is very good and the temperature of the brew is spot on! The only thing we do not like about it is the small area allowed to pour in the water to brew a pot of coffee. Otherwise I would highly recommend this Coffee Maker.

The puncture tool to open the pod does not work effectively. It’s too short! It’s either defective or poorly designed. Invariably, the water sprays out of the top instead of going into the pod for brewing.

It works, but has a poor design. It would be nice to have only one water reservoir. The one for the pot of coffee is very awkward to get to and easy to make a mess. The tank for the k-cup side has a handle inside of it. My husband tried to pick it up and spilled the entire tank in our kitchen.

Frees up counter space having two types of coffee brew in one machine. Saying that I had an older cuisinart which was much more solid in structure then this new plastic one and cost for plastic$$$$$
