This is a warranty replacement for issues stemming from Kcups exploding in machine. Now, water leaks constantly from reservoir onto counter. A lot of $$$ for a machine with so many issues.

I am really happy with this coffee maker. Both the single serve and the full brew options work very well. I also like that for the full pot I don’t need a filter with the removable filter basket. Happy with every pot of coffee I have made!
With having both options takes pressure off in the morning about what amount of coffee to brew depending on my morning.

I like the coffee that this maker brews. I do not like the pot it brews into. It is poorly designed. After you wash it, water gets trapped under the plastic ring at the top and drips out. Coffee gets trapped under the ring when you pour. If you pour too fast it spills.
My other complaint is the amount of spent coffee grounds that end up in the bottom of the pot after you brew. I have tried using less ground coffee but that doesn’t seem to change it much. So I throw out a few ounces of every pot I brew. Not ideal.
I do like the flavor of the coffee. It wets the grounds completely allowing for good extraction. Depending on the type of coffee grounds you are using the “Bold” button makes it better. It also adds more ground coffee to a finished pot.
The single serve option is nice and works well.

The water reservoir for the single cup is too small. It also splashes coffee on the back wall of where it dispenses.It has to be cleaned after each use, even with a larger cup.
