Ours stopped working towards the end of the warranty period. It was a breeze getting a replacement from Cuisinart. Now we’re back to making great cups of coffee.

Great coffe maker and customer service. I had trouble with coffee grounds spilling from the single serve side and Cuisinart replaced the unit as it was within the 3 year warranty period.

We are absolutely in love with our coffee maker. It’s great to have the option of doing a single serving, or a pot for those days you need a few extra cups. Coffee comes out nice and hot, and the machine is extremely pleasing to the eye. It’s a great addition to our kitchen.

The single serve is horrible. Cuisinart replaced my 1st machine because it was ripping the kcup and coffee grinds overflow into your Cup. 2nd machine does it too. Obviously a flaw of this model.
