Awesome coffeemaker: love the dual use of single serve Kcup or full carafe, timed auto drip and the handy hot plate features of temperature and a timer! No more burnt coffee. We like a bold setting which requires a little slower drip but worth the wait. Use to own a Mocca Master which failed twice in the first year . This is a wonderful product and equitable price point. Highly recommend looks great as well!

Overall there are some features I like on this coffee maker and some that I don't. Having both a drip and single serve in the same machine is very nice to have, plus it comes with a single serve basket so you can use your own coffee instead of buying k-cups. The programming feature is easy to use and there is a hotplate temperature setting.
Things I don't like.
1. After a couple of months the hotplate started to rust, and I mean really bad. I had to call customer service and they sent me a replacement fairly quickly and it wasn't too much of a pain to do. I have never had a hotplate rust like that. I took a picture but I don't think this tool will let me post the picture.
2. It would be nice if the peep could be silenced. I try to have my coffee ready before I wake up so I don't need it to peep and wake me up.
3. The way the pot is made, pouring the water into the water reservoir is more difficult than needed.
4. Sometimes the coffee basket doesn't sit correctly all the time, leading the water to not pour out of the basket. Thankfully I make just enough coffee that all the water is within the filter and doesn't flow back.
