I love my machine. Unfortunately my first one overheated on Kcup side after only one year if use. But ut was replaced under full warranty. I'm also very careful now not to over fill the reusable pods to eliminate clogging. I will also clean regularly with white vinegar.

This coffee maker is easy to use and brews good coffee, but it's not perfect. The blue LED lights are too bright. The should be a sensor or setting to dim these at night. Also, the filter in the "single serve" reservoir doesn't seem to actually be filtering anything. It's "close" to the area where the water intake for single serve cups, but it the water isn't being "fed" through the filter in any way so I'm not sure what it's even doing in there. Also, the need to have an "on/off" switch is confusing. If it's plugged in, it should be ON. If I don't want it ON, i'll unplug it! Also, the lid obstructs your ability to fill the water in the regular coffee maker side.

It's awesome. One thing to note is you do have to add the exact amount of water, ie. 8 cups of water for 8 cups of coffee. Would be better and easier to add max water for however many cups.

I purchased this new unit to replace our original cuisinart. The1st one was about 8 years old and served us so well i wouldnt think of having any other brand. The best part about our new one is i can brew up a cup all by it self without having to waiste a whole pot. Thank-you cuisinart!

We like the versatility and style of the machine. There are two things, however, that we dont really like. The first is that it is very difficult to fill the water reservoir without spilling because the opening is small. The other problem is that the coffee grounds tend to spill into the coffee when brewing.
