This machine makes a great cup of coffee. The only negative is that water rolls down the back of the machine when you open the lid.

Coffee brewer works ok, the K cup brewer is a complete fail. Coffee runs out all over the place, just makes a mess. Would not recommend this item.

It is such a royal difficult pain to fill the water reservoir. it is very hard to hit one the two very small and very hard to hit little holes at the back without getting water in the wrong place and have water dripping down on the warmer plate.

Like the styling and the functionality. My only complaint would be is it is difficult to fill the water reservoir. The space is so tiny! I have to use a funnel to add water every day.

Was a bit disappointed. While the pot side worked well, the “bold” feature didn’t seem to give any extra intensity. Then, on the single cup side, there must have been an issue with the puncture mechanism. Any time I used a pod, coffee grounds would get into my cup and would be a mess inside the machine. We chose to return.

Automatic turnoff doesn't work for single serve

Love the coffee pot. The only reason i gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that when you use the single serve brewer it does not have the automatic turn off that the 12 cup coffeemaker has. Very disappointed about that, because even my single serve keurig has it.
