The single cup side does not heat water to a hot temperature as brewed coffee. Therefore I have to heat coffee in microwave after single side finishes for it to be hot enough. I do like the temperature of the brewed coffee!! It’s one of the reasons I bought this product! I don’t feel this model is as well made as my previous model that I had for 8 years. It had the heated water instead of single serve coffee, along with brewed coffee. I wish I had bought the same model again instead of this one. I was super satisfied with my other model (brewed coffee and hot water) not so much with this one (brewed coffee and single serve).

Amazing 2-in-1 coffeemaker. I love the idea of having a Single serve K-cup Brewer. WhenI am in a hurry, I just make single serve but when I have more time, I can appreciate the traditional brewed coffee. Also, another great advantage of having the K-cup brewer is that you can make other drinks, like tea or hot chocolate for example. Love it!

I wish it slowed down just a little when brewing. I feel my coffee is a bit weaker than it should be. I tried to put another filter in to make slow the water down a bit, and the bold button doesn’t seem to do too much! But I’ll get used to it over time. Otherwise, it’s a very nice set up

We really like the dual capability of a single serve or make a pot of coffee. It’s great for serving both regular and decaf at the same time (not literally as brewing can’t be done whilst single serve is working). I also like that the single serve can be done using a reusable pod. The only criticism is that pouring water into the coffee pot reservoir is awkward using the pot. It is too easy to pour some into the basket which drips onto the warmer. I had concerns of the 10 oz. being the biggest single serve brew size. It has worked out fine especially reading it matches the pod for best coffee taste results.
