Leaking water tank.
Bought it October 2021 and despite cleaning it doesn’t seem to work anymore. Water comes out during cleaning process but not when I try to use the single serve cups.

This coffeemaker is is convenient in the respect that I can make a full pot of coffee or just a single cup if I desire, however there are a couple of design features that could be improved on. Mainly the way that water is poored into the resevoir for the 12 cup carafe. There are only 2 small openings in the back of the unit so you have to pull the coffeemaker completely out from under your cupboards and try to pour all of the water in. It's not practical or user friendly. Also, be sure not to overfill the coffee filter or forget to seat it properly or you will get grounds everywhere. I do like that a reusable metal filter cone and a refillable K-cup capsule are included.

Solid machine with standard brew capabilities. Unfortunately, the single cup reservoir is smaller than a Keurig and needs constant refilling. Also, the carafe brewing reservoir is also small and narrow, making it difficult for the carafe to properly pour the water into it without spillage. And the carafe itself has a snap on lid, instead of a hinge. Very strange design.

You can eliminate all your night lights. Why they chose to have so many lights on when you set it to auto-brew is a mystery to me. It is blinding.

I bought this coffee maker to replace a Keurig. The last 2 Keurigs I've bought have lasted about 2 years. I already enjoy using the Cuisinart coffee pot/hot water machine, and have no complaints, so I figured I'd try the machine with the k-cup feature. I noticed the brew time is just a tad bit longer than the Keurig, but not that big of a deal. We use the k-cup for coffee out the door during the week and love the full pot feature, for weekends when everyone is home. I recently had a get together with 25 people. The two coffee pots came in handy. Fresh brewed coffee all day, without the wait. I hope I get more than 2 years out of my Cuisinart.

This two in one coffee machine solved my problem of having the carafe and the single serve. The stainless steel finish is very nice. The ability to insert water filters is a plus. However, the brew your own barrister insert (made from plastic) has a a manufacturing flaw, the plastic hinge with usage tends to get weak and will eventually break off. I ordered a new one as back up and it took two and a half months to get it, reason out of order and my order was placed on back order. I eventually got it. I had friends over and they like the size and the features. The barrister plastic filter cup is the only reason why I can't give it an excellent.
