Clock runs fast even after resetting. The product maker great coffee but I can not seem to get the block to work properly. I would like to sure the auto start function but I do not trust the clock well enough. My OCD also finds it annoying to see a clock that not correct. If actually thought I've missed appointments because the clock was almost an hour fast.

This is our second Cuisinart coffee maker. We decided to buy the coffee maker / kcup combination. So far it is fine, only a couple of minor issues. 1 is the kcups have overflowed the maker several times, the only information that I can find says that the mfg of the kcups puts too much air in the cup, we'll see if that is the case when I try a different brand. #2 the coffee maker side is difficult to fill the water reservoir, for a right handed person you are filling across the top of the coffee maker and make it difficult to tip the pot completely, seems like the engineering could be better on this. So, both are minor issues but should be easily fixed on future generations of these makers

For the most part, we love the coffee maker. The appearance is great and it is easy to use. One problem is that is you do not "seat" the pod into the holder (for a single cup) it will not pierce the pod correctly and you will be cleaning up grounds and spilled coffee. Other than that, we use it every day and it is efficient at making a pot or single cup.

The filter basket has to be pushed down till it clicks, otherwise it will not drain into the pot. My last one you didn’t have to do that

So far we are really liking our new coffee maker. The only thing keeping us from giving it 5 stars is the location of the water reservoir for the coffee pot. We feel like it’s in a awkward position/ a little narrow. More often than not, water ends up on the counter when we’re trying to pour water into the reservoir. When using the single serve side, a couple times we’ve had it not pierce the k-cup and dispense more water than coffee. We found that you really have to first push the k-cup down onto the needle before closing the lid and you also have to close the lid a little forcefully so that the top of the k-cup is also pierced by the needle inside the lid. I think if those things were fixed then this would be a 5 star product.
