I would have given this 5 stars but the single brewer got crazy with a kcup and coffee was everywhere. I am still cleaning it up after a week. I am not sure what happened because it only happened once but it was an awful experience.

The coffeemaker produces a tasty carafe of coffee with the bold button pressed but my only dislike is the somewhat awkward process of pouring the water into the reservoir. I am still experimenting with the amount of grounds to fill the single serve side. The measuring cup supplied does not equal one tbsp thus for me a weaker brew.

I’d like to buy one of these for my elderly parents - however, the 12 cup reservoir may provei a challenge to fill. May I suggest some type of funnel and tube apparatus?

My last Cuisanart coffeemaker lasted me over 15 years! So I wanted another, and we wanted the flexibility for single-brew cups. I have only one small complaint, which is having to pour the fresh water into the reservoir when making a pot of coffee. In my old unit, it was easy since the single-serve thingy wasn't in the way. But now, you have to carefully aim when you go to fill the reservoir.

Purchased this unit to replace a Cuisinart Keurig and a regular coffee maker. Very disappointed in the overall finish feels cheap. The other Cuisinart models we have had were made with a metal casing, stainless or chrome, this is just plastic. Works ok, just ok. Coffee pot has a timer but the entire unit needs to be on, making the entire kitchen glow blue all night.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This coffee center works beautifully and takes up little space. I looked at many reviews and they are mostly accurate. The back leaks but only if you remove the tank to add water. There must be a seal that loosens. So, I just fill it from the top and no leaks. The Keurig part splashes a little when distributing the hot water. But these issues are not deal breakers. I LOVE this unit.
