Coffeemaker side is wonderful. But disappointed with the K-Cup brew side, as we found a regular 8 oz size mug had to be held right up to the spout or as it's brewing, it sprays and sputters all over if cup is set on tray. So your holding cup up whole time it's brewing. And then it leaks and drips for a while after removing cup. Have tried different brands K-cups of coffee, tea and hot chocolate, some work better than others. But still messy. Hot chocolates were the worst! Would give it a better rating if this wasn't an issue.

This is our second coffee maker, same brad and same make. Unfortunately, this one is not working properly. The single serve part, when it is on the 10 ounce cup, barely puts out a third of a cup, and then it drips for another twenty minutes until the bottom starts overflowing. If we wait until it stops dripping, the coffee is cold.

I love this coffeemaker! Since pods came out, I have had the name brand coffee product for my pods. I acquired several bags of beans and had been wanting to cut costs, so I researched for months and decided the Cuisinart would be the best for me. It is great! I can make a pot of coffee with my Cuisinart burr grinder and fresh beans when I have time to sit and drink a few cups or have company. I can use the pod side when I want something different. I surrendered my other pod brewer for this! Not an easy decision, but was the perfect one.

Concerned abt lift lip for the pod portion of make

Love the product but currently I only use the self serve portion of the coffee maker, my only concern is the lip for where you lift to place the pod seems to be loose, I’ve noticed it from day one and it seems all of them are like that because I went to a few stores to test them out and their all the same. I just hope over time it does not snap off, I would be very upset as the machine was a lot of money

It will occasionally split the K-Cups wide open and then have the grounds pour all over, into your coffee cup, the basket, and everywhere. WHAT A MESS!!!! And the clean up takes for ever!!!! Also it’s quite noisy when making the single serve.

This coffee maker makes great coffee, on both the multi-cup carafe and the single serve K-Pods. I have rated this a 4 star only because of how you have to fill the carafe side. The carafe side is a standard 12 or 14 cup coffee maker with the filter on the back left and the fill on the back right. It is hard for a right handed person to fill over the top of the single serve coffee maker without spilling water. A left handed person could fill over where the filter is located without a problem. Fix this and you have a full five stars.
