I love this product but only giving it 4 stars . The warmer has never worked on the carafe. Keeps it only slightly warm.

Love this coffee maker and single serve cup maker. I make the pot of coffee for me in the morning and my husband does his own decaf in the evenings. Works out for us coffee drinkers who prefer different kinds and at different times of the day.

Don't think it is worth the money. Leaks when you try to pour in the water, design is not the best. Coffee grounds were not too full and when I make coffee water floods in the grounds and then you also have grounds in the made coffee. Wish I could keep it hot all day.

I received this as a gift - I really didn't need a new coffee pot so I was not that jones about it. However, since it was a gift, I boxed up my old one [which worked just fine.....] and set up the new. With the gift, I was given different types of K cups; coffee, cappachino, hot chocalate - after I used it for a while, I fell in love. It's great to be able to make a pot when I know I need more - or just a cup and not feel like I have to drink coffee all day; it's great.
The only thing I would suggest, is to have accompaning storage to set it on. I was able to find some, which I bought, but it make it easier based on size etc.
