I would have given more than 3 stars if it weren't for the absolutely terrible design for the water reservoir and the fact that there is no indicator light to let me know when to change the water filter. The lid for the water reservoir does not open enough so that you can easily fill it using the carafe. I have to use a funnel to fill it. Terrible design flaw on that part. Other than that, I do like the coffee maker and would buy another one if they redesign the lid for the reservoir so it can be filled easily.

It's very nice however it's quite a problem trying to fill the water for the full pot of coffee. The opening is much too small. That really is the only complaint.

I’m very pleased with the options in this coffeemaker, I never really expected my kcup to come out as hot as I like it & was very pleasantly surprised…coffee on both sides are as hot as I love it & quite quiet fast brewing…I highly recommend this machine to anyone that has to replace their old coffeemaker

This is my second Cuisinart Coffee Center. The first served for years but eventually developed a leak in the heat mechanism. I replaced it with the same model. Quality of brew is very good and the convenience of pot and/or k-Cup meets our needs. the only issue that I have is the need to fully insert k-cups, piercing the bottom, before closing the lid which pierces the top on the single-serve side. When the k-cup is simply dropped in, there is a tendency to split the tops of the K-cups, causing a mess and grounds in the mug. Using my process, the single-serve is excellent and allows use of many varieties of coffee.
