Love this product! Have always preferred a percolator. Have been using my grandmothers for years. Decided I needed a replacement before the 50 year old pot caught the house on fire. Was able to use the Cusinart Coffee Center for two weeks while visiting faintly and decided I needed one as well!

We purchased a coffee maker and had to have it replace. Neither makes a 10oz cup. The 10 oz setting only makes 8oz. I don’t like the narrow opening to fill the water reservoir. It does keep the coffee hit

Great features, but lid interferes with filling.

The coffee maker has great features, and performs very well. My only concern is that the lid over the pot side does not swing far enough away, and interferes with filling the reservoir with the coffee pot because it can not be tilted to empty the water out. You have to raise the pot well above the machine, resulting in some water not getting to the reservoir.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the unit, but sometimes it puts to big of a puncture in the k cups and grounds get in the coffee.
Also, the pot has overflowed on occasion when the water gauge indicated 10 cups.
