This looks beautiful but the quality is poor for the price. The single serve constantly drips and as the coffee brew it splatters. Poor design and inefficient. We’ve had ours two months and are extremely disappointed.

The absolute best coffee maker I've ever owned! We had purchased a Keurig originally (don't ask me why, because we've always loved the Cuisinart brands we had in the past), and the carafe was SO poorly designed. Thankfully, I was able to exchange it for this one and it has been great. I'm not crazy about pouring the water in the back of the coffeemaker (wish they had a removable vessel like they do for the single-serve side), but we still love it!

The coffeemaker function brews coffee quickly, maintains its heat and generally means my expectations. One drawback is that when adding water to the coffeemake reservoir], unless I am careful to control the water being added, it drips through to heating surface. I am a bit disappointed with the single-serve brewer and its three cup-size options. Although the coffee brewed is fine, even the 8-cup option is insufficient to fill a coffee mug.

I was excited to receive this as a gift at Christmas. Unfortunately, we have had multiple problems with the single serve water reservoir. It leaked from the first use and the whole amount of the water ran onto my countertop and floor. We contacted Cuisinart and received a replacement and from the first use, it did the exact same thing. We have spoken with others who have also experienced this problem. Thinking it may be something we were doing wrong, we had someone else read the instructions and install. It did the same exact thing with them. This is very disappointing. I have an expensive Christmas gift that I cannot use.

I have three of these for different places. I love the fact that I can make a pot in the morning and then in the afternoon I can make myself a fresh one-cup serving using the provided cup. Also allow k cups for those that like that, but I find them too wasteful.
