After only 2 months, the single-serve brewer started acting up. When I push the button to select the size, only a little coffee and a ton of steam come out. I have cleaned the hole where the needle is with a toothpick (per others’ reviews). Still no luck! Do not waste your money. This is the worst coffee maker I have ever owned.

The first one we owned broke during the warranty period and getting it replaced wasn’t too bad. However, the coffee pot part never makes a strong cup of coffee. It’s just alright for me, dawg.

I dislike that you don't have the option to brew half a carafe or 3/4 etc. I left my Ninja coffee maker with those options behind in my separation -TBH I miss my coffeemaker more than my husband..(it also had the single serve as does this one), but it made so much more of a difference. The Ninja system was also less expensive. I'd have returned this if I didn't throw away the box and the store I purchased it from wouldn't let me exchange for the Ninja without the original packaging. boo. BUT.. it makes a good cup of coffee. The single serve side is cool and easy to use.
