This is very nice but I would like to be able to lower the beeper volume and also the water reservoir is tight so I end up dribbling into the filter basket most of the time. Would give 5 stars if the big reservoir was removable like the k-cup one is. Also, for some reason I find it difficult to easily slide the pot back onto the hotplate -hit's the part that drops for pause & serve, so the pot lid is scratched up from pushing it into place, BUT a small price to pay for the zero drip when I do remove it. Overall this is exactly what I wanted, which was to be able to brew a pot or just a cup all in one compact machine. A nice feature is that you can select hi, medium or low hotplate heat and set it for 1 to 4 hours of on-time before auto shut-off and it beeps to let you know time's up.

The Pot side of the coffee pot is great. The single serving didn't even last one cup. There is a gray insert which holds the K Cup and it leaks terribly. Additionally, it appears to be warped from the heat of the water. Very disappointed.

I really was looking forward to getting this coffee maker. There were only two options for coffee makers that were white and had both a single cup and carafe maker. However, every time I try to put regular k-cups into my machine, it’s a nightmare. The k-cups are literally destroyed in the single cup side, and I end up with coffee grounds in my cup. So, I’ve been just using the plastic reusable cup it came with, but I still get a ton of coffee grinds in my cup. Not very happy, but I guess the carafe side works fine.

This machine brews great coffee. However, it is impossible to pour anything from the carafe (whether filling the machine prior to brewing or simply pouring a cup of coffee) without water or coffee dripping everywhere. Very frustrating.
