Love the ease of operation and filling the water reservoirs and the fact that we can use the individual cups of coffee when we want different flavors of coffee. Also that we fill our own coffees in the pod.

This dual coffee maker has made my life so much easier. I usually make a pot of morning coffee but the fact that I can make a quick cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate is a big plus.

I think my coffee maker brews great coffee but I am not satisfied with the single brew. Each time it splatters the coffee and when a pod is placed in it the coffee grinds spill out. Every single time!

The first one I purchased lasted about 6 months before overflowing when I would make a single cup. I would have to stand there to be sure it was working and when it again overflowed, it shorted out the entire coffee maker. I called Cuisinart and they sent me a new machine. HOWEVER, the new machine began to do the same thing when making a single cup of coffee. I now have to manually push the coffee pod into the single serve holder and then close the lid. It is NOT reliable. I will use this until I can find a better product.
