Great quality, just a couple of things still missing. If it had a removable reservoir on both sides, a separate control for the keep warm time and the ability to turn off the annoying beep that alerts you to the status it would be the King of coffee brewers.

Pleased with the functionality and appearance. Makes a good cup of coffee very quickly. My only minor complaint is that when removing the single-cup side's water reservoir, water leaks out a little bit. It must be wiped up after removing the container. Maybe it's designed so that you have to use all the water in the reservoir before removing it?

I recently killed a Keurig 2.0 unit with a large jolt of static electricity. Considered latest Keurig model that offers making drip coffee or K-cups, but the reviews were not favorable. I’m glad I found this. Before I got involved with K-cups, I owned a Cuisinart Brew Central. This unit makes the same great coffee I remembered. The one feature is miss (and the reason I didn’t rate it a 5) is that the warming plate only has a high/medium/low setting (Brew Central plate temp is completely adjustable). Low is too hot, and coffee burns when left even for 30 minutes. I’m experimenting with auto-off setting to see if I can come closer. Pod brewer is adequate. I read other reviews about pods exploding. I always push pods down by hand so that I make the exit hole before brewing.

It’s a great coffee maker. Only thing is when you open lid. Water runs down back. The catch is to small that drains it back into the reservoir. Other than that love it.

Love the combination K-cup portion of the maker as well as the side that makes a pot of coffee. The timer is a great feature so when we wake up in the morning, the coffee is done and waiting. It's also a money saver as far as not needing only K-cups. Glad we chose this maker versus other brands on the market.
