Very costly coffee pot for the single serve side to have already stopped working. We have descaled it and unclogged everything from a troubleshooting stand point. Very aggravating considering we bought it for the dual use.

It’s a great coffee maker, however, getting the water into the reservoir for the coffee pot can be challenging. I usually spill it out because the are to pour the water into is small. Should have been bigger or at least placed in an area of the pot where you can pour water in easier.

Coffee tastes great from both the pot and the cup side. Unfortunately, the reservoir for the single cup side leaks when it is on the brewer. So have to remove reservoir as soon as done brewing coffee.

It's a great coffee pot. Love that I can set the carafe temperature and the adjustable time to shut off. My one complaint is that it's a little hard to pour the water in.
