I love it. The only thing that is a little off is it can be awkward to fill the Coffe pot side with water. Strange angle. Still love it though.

The Coffee is excellent, but filling the 12 - Cup Water Reservoir requires patience and accuracy since the Coffee Reservoir Cover does not flip back all way, the water filling area is small, and the reservoir is on the left side. If you're left handed, it's probably easier to fill. I'm right handed so I pour the water into a large plastic funnel That way I don't splash water over the kitchen counter area.

Loved it until after 1 year it suddenly stopped functioning on the coffee pot side. Now i can only make coffee using one cup pods. A coffeemaker should last longer than one year, especially at this price.
