Never thought I would give up my electric perk coffee but I received this as a gift and decided to give it a try. I love it. This maker brews a great pot of coffee. There is a BOLD option which I love. Having the option of a single serve cup is a plus.

I'm not sure how I lived without this. I'm a big tea and coffee drinker and this coffee maker provides both. You can make a 12 cup pot of coffee or just a single cup pod serving. It's incredible the wide selection of pods for coffee, tea and even hot chocolate. I would have given this 5 stars but it's a little tricky the way they have it set up to fill the 12 cup coffee reservoir.

We are loving this machine except for how hard it is to pour water into the reservoir. Wish the single cup reservoir was bigger so it could be used for both. But it is fast to brew which is better than our last one.

This coffee maker is the best of both worlds by combining a K-cup dispenser and a pot reservoir. We use both sides every day and love the ease of making a cup of coffee. I particularly like the alert tones when the coffee pot has finished brewing and ready to pour. Then it alerts you again later when the warming plate is turning off. Excellent coffeemaker!!

I really like the coffee maker and especially like the fact that I can brew a 12 cup pot (for the weekends) and brew a K cup for single cup servings, like when you're on the way out and need coffee for the ride to work.
If i had to criticize anything it would be having to fill the water reservoir for the 12 cup brewer. The opening in both back corners to pour the water in is a little tight. This isn't a deal breaker though, my wife and I love it.

I bought this to replace a 14 cup coffee maker and I am so glad I chose this one. My husband can now have a fresh hot cup of coffee instead of heating up what I left for him. We use it for Hot Chocolate as well. This made a great addition to our kitchen!
