I was hesitant to purchase this because of the bad reviews regarding coffee spewing everywhere. Let me just say that I love this unit. I use k-cups in the single serve side as opposed to filling the enclosed filter cup with coffee - and I have had no problems with coffee shooting everywhere. I use the pot side on weekends and have had no issues. It makes a great pot of coffee. I do use a small pitcher to fill the water reservoirs on both sides and it does make the process easier. Would definitely purchase again - depending on the longevity.

This is a great coffee center! It is easy to use and so convenient being able to make a whole pot or just one cup! You can even use your own ground coffee in the single serve function. Coffee tastes great!

It makes good coffee but two negatives. It is difficult to pour water in the main reservoir due to the width of the machine, the interference of the lid to the maker and the small size of the opening to pour the water. Also the removal reservoir for the single serve side easily leaks
