I don't like the fact that it is hard to fill the water chamber using the coffee pot itself. The lid doesn't open enough to allow the coffee pot to completely empty.

All K cup sized cups fit and work fine. Haven’t used the large pot yet. Works great, only downside is that it splashes a few drops onto the counter. No biggie.

I've been a Cuisinart fan for many years. This is at least my 3rd or 4th one. I end up buying a new one not because the previous one is broken/faulty but because I want a different color (I donate the old ones). I love the heat feature where you can make the water low/medium/high in temperature. Purchased this one to have the option of using single serve at night or when guests prefer it. So far everything works great on both sides. If you are worried about space the size of this version isn't much bigger than the carafe coffeepot. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the water heat feature doesn't apply to the single serve side which was disappointing. FYI the 2 units work independently of each other but can't be run at the same time. It would have been nice to include the water heat feature on both sides but not a deal breaker.

I have had this machine for about a month and it is just what I wanted. The black stainless model matches my slate appliances, the machine is easy to use and set-up for delayed brewing, it is easy to clean, the coffee tastes great and I like not having to use filters anymore. The only downfall is the small spout to pour water in but minor in my opinion.
