It will not let me set the time to program it to come on because it will on go to four a.m. Someone else tried and they couldn't make it work either. It does not keep the coffee hot. I love the single serve side. It comes out really hot. I maybe just got a dud. Sometimes things like that happen. It is a beautiful pot. I was really excited to get it.

My single serve side is not functioning properly. Water shoots from the machine and the pod slightly explodes leaving a terrible mess. I plan to return at my earliest convenience for a replacement.

We really like that you can use the generic pod and your own coffee to brew a cup UNLIKE A KUERIG. The one thing that lowered the stars was the 12 cup brewer . If you put 12 -15 level scoops in the basket it is too full and in many cases the coffee grounds overflows into the pot . The coffee basket needs to be enlarged . To remedy that I only make 10 cups and put 10 level scoops in . THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED . VERY DISAPPOINTING

Used for one month then returned it. The Coffee maker wasn’t punching holes in the pods so we had to do it ourselves. There is also a lot of splashing when making a single cup of coffee.

Love this machine. Can do a pot, single & kcups. Has two different reservoirs for water. Comes with an attachment for using ground coffee in the kcup side. Timer to make your coffee by programing it. Warming element to keep coffee warm for up to 4 hrs. Only draw back is the instructions to brew a pot on the delayed timer.

I love it! The option of making a full pot or a single k cup works great for us. Sometimes you may want decaf when others want full caffeine. Some may want flavored coffee while others like their regular. Problem solved!!

This dual coffee maker hits all the sweet spots...90% of the time. Coffee brews hot, both in the carafe and k-cup dispenser.
Customer service has been spot on and stands behind their product.
I encountered a fast clock with my first ss-15. In a weeks time it was 45 minutes fast.
Cuisinart apologized and two weeks later I have a new one.
Only thing I wish I could turn off or mute is the end of brew signal, 5 loud beeps that can be heard a block away. Loud enough to wake man and beast. In this case my significant other and a spoiled Aussiedoodle. 5 stars otherwise.
