Only complaint..the K-Cup side overflows frequently. I wish I had read reviews before purchase. However, we now push the K-Cup down hard enough to puncture the bottom of cup and have had no problems since.

Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with this product from a company with a stellar reputation on most every product that they make. This 12 cup maker does not allow for 12 cups to be brewed, 8 max and there are still coffee grounds in your coffee. I tried the metal basket also, same. The cone filters also do not fit properly. I should have just stuck with the Ninja that I had before this purchase.

Unfortunately within 2 days of using the unit, the water tank for the single serve brewer leaked continuously. We are expecting a replacement unit but I have seen other users comment on the same problem.

First off its beautiful! Love having the ability to have a pot or single cup. Just as everyone says there are a few designs flaws but not deal breakers. The reservoir on the pot side is in the back and kind of hard to fill using the pot without spilling water. My fix was to use a small funnel or pull the unit out on my cabinet slider. (Best investment) as for the kcup side it does splatter but fix was to use taller cups. I use a yeti and it fits perfect. Overall I love ot!

The carafe's fit is too tight and difficult to get in and out of its place. The vertical distance from the single-serving spout to where the cup or mug sits is too tall, and coffee constantly splashes out on the counter.
