The coffee comes out really hot! Particularly the single-serve side, I have to use an ice cube if I want to drink right away, which isn’t a problem now that I know.
I took off one star for the reasons that it is kind of awkward to pour the water in the pot side, the opening to water resource or is very small and I have to confirm to turn the pot awkwardly to get the last bit of water in without it running over the side or in the cup with the grounds.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like this coffee center. At first the coffee grounds overflowed into the pot, but then I realized you have to make sure the basket is set, with a gentle push. The single serve side is good too, although the water chamber is smaller than a regular size keurig.

This is the second Coffee Center I purchased. I really like the features and having the ability to make pot and a single-serve beverage is perfect for my family. The only downside to this product is that filling the coffeemaker side is not the easiest. I often make a mess when pouring the water into the reservoir.
