Returned the first one because of rusting on bottom beneath the carafe. However, cuisinart was great and sent me a new one after two years. However, some pods that I use in single serve explode. It happen with the first on also. But coffee is hot and I like I have a choice of a carafe for one cup.

We love our morning coffee and were always happy with our Cuisinart 12 cup maker, but always wanted to try one of the single serves for variety. So glad this stylish dual machine was made! It's not much bigger than a 12-cup machine and offers more options to try coffees/teas. Also like the hot water on demand option instead of microwaving.

I love our new coffee pot! I never wanted a k-cup pot, but since this was a combo, we thought we would try it. We are enjoying being able to make a full pot in the morning, but in the evening, if we want tea or just a cup of coffee, the k-cup side is great. My only change would have been to move the k-cup side to the left hand side of the coffeemaker -- most people are right handed and it is difficult to fill the full pot side without the water spilling, so having that on the right hand side would have been better for that reason (instead of having to pour the water over the k-cup side).

I like the machine very much. My only issue us that at tomes the Keurig cup,once punctured when closing the lid, sprays the grinds in the coffee cup.

The only thing better about this machine is the customer service that Cuisinart extends to their customers! I originally bought this machine in June and it seemed that the side of the machine was a little concave. It didn't affect the coffee making process. I contacted Cuisinart in October and they replaced it with a new machine! Thank you for taking such good care of your customers!!!
