I love the machine itself but it smells like plastic. Even the coffee tastes like it. I will say that now we have had it for a few weeks it has gotten less of a plastic aftertaste so maybe it will go away soon. We had decided to return it but decided to try it a little longer. I love the k cup versatility and use it mostly for my wife who can smell and taste the plastic. I have changed the charcoal filter a few times in hopes it would help. If there were no smell or aftertaste it would be a 5++

Had a prior version of the Cuisinart (coffee maker only). Decided to combine into the dual coffee maker + Keurig. Overall good in terms of saving space. The area to pour the water for the coffee pot side is way too small and awkward to get to you. Also, the last version I used, had a button that you could flip on to keep your coffee warmer longer and would auto shut off. This version does not have a way to keep it warming for an extended period of time, which is super disappointing.

Coffee pot itself is difficult to insert into machine, you can never get all of the coffee or water out of the pot. There is a plastic lip that prevents it from draining completely.
