It makes great coffee, but my only complaint is that the single serve side splashes coffee everywhere and makes quite a mess.

We use the coffee maker everyday. starting in the morning making servings for my wife and I. In the afternoon my wife makes coffee for herself using the pod side. everything has worked fine. the only improvement that I would suggest is with the pot itself. I have problems making sure that I do not get leaks when I pour in the pot side of the coffee maker. It is also inconvenient to read the side indicator to determine the level. The lid is also a nuisance in that it should be hinged .

I would give it a 3.5 if I could. It’s tricky (for right and left handers) to pour the water into the water well as it’s essentially in the middle. Design flaw.

I absolutely love this coffee maker but this is the second one that has leaked. First one leaked straight out of the box which Cuisinart replaced at no cost. The second one started leaking after owning it for 2 years. Hoping 3rd times a charm.

Water reservoir is way too small and top doesn’t come off to it’s hard to get the water in from coffee pot , creates a big mess . Coffee is Luke warm . Not worth the money

When using The Single server Brewer with a regular coffee cup, it splashes all over the counter top. I wish that the cover of the Carafe would fit better. It seems too not click in place.
