Good coffee maker, only complaint is the main water reservoir is more left hand dominate and makes us right handed people challenge to not spill water into the coffee filter basket, lol!!

All in all, this has been a great purchase. It is nice to have the warmer plate to keep the coffee warm throughout the morning.. I use the program settings often to have coffee ready in the morning for my husband. Only negative is that when making 12 cups of coffee the grounds run out of the basket. I will try using the filter when making large pots of coffee in the future.

I would have given this Cuisinart 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that when just getting hot water out of the single serve side, it seems to spit and spray water instead of a nice even flow. You have to hold the cup up close to the entry point of the water to keep the from spraying outside the cup. Using K-cups is fine but for heating water it's not great.

It is NOT k cup complaint!! I constantly have grains in them.. the program brew doesn’t work and after 2 uses I already have to clean it., do not recommend it to anyone.. going to purchase a different brewer!!

The coffee maker work great making coffee. However, you cannot turn the warmer function back on. That would be a great feature to have. I especially like the removal water tank for the brewer side of the maker!

Water reservoir opening needs to be larger when pouring water in. Also a chemical smell around the filter basket even after cleaning the unit and brewing coffee.
