Very nice unit. My wife loves the single and multiple capacities. Single serve side broke after 4 months. I was able to get a new unit mailed to me a few weeks later. Great warranty and service.

Love this machine. We always have a pot of coffee each morning so I love the timer so it’s all done when we come downstairs and it’s ready for us to drink right away. Love the other keurig type side for just those occasional times I want a little stronger cup in the middle of the day or evening and also we hope in the future for guests. Our last coffee maker, which is also a cuisinart still works but I was anxious to have both in one machine so when this came out that I’ve been waiting for, and I got it at a great price I couldn’t pass it up. We kept the other as a backup.

I'm sad that I don't love this more, but it has a strong chemical smell to it that leaches into the taste of the coffee. I assumed it would go away after a thorough cleaning. Nope. After several uses? Nope. Still tasting chemical taste over the taste of my coffee. Very disappointing!
