Like the coffeemaker but the resevor for the pod side leaks. Customer service was responsive and promised a replacement. Now several weeks, so far no replacemnt has arrived. They did say it was our of stock but gave no estimated time.

After being a kiureg fan we were disappointed with the duos reviews. We decided to take a chance and try the cuisinart which had better reviews with the space saving design we were looking for and the convenience of both a pot of coffee or a single cup. Unfortunately after only three weeks the single serve wouldn’t work correctly. We cleaned it how the manufacturers manual said to and it did work again though we have found ourselves having to do this EVERY week! It is sooo frustrating. We are not happy with the purchase but do not want to spend a lot of money for something new in such a short time so we continue to deal with it. The side that makes a pot of coffee works great. Nice look but disappointed in its ability to work correctly. We have city water too not well water. We have even tried filtered water to see if that makes a difference... no go. Sorry cuisinart not happy.

Two problems we have. Difficult to fill the reservoir water. Coffee pot should be on the other side. On the left side just doesn’t work for us. The other is the coffee basket. We have had problems with grounds in the coffee. We have had the original coffee pot for 20 years. 14 cup. Never had a problem. Best coffee pot we ever had. In fact we had two coffee pots over the years. Not really happen.

Looks good and saved space on my counter, but coffee maker is very hard to fill with water and when you brew k-cup side the glass coffee pot steams up and has to be wiped out.
