Coffee maker works well. The only complaint is the glass carafe spills coffee often and the lid doesn't fit in place well. Otherwise, no complaints.

The Cuisinart is a remarkable coffee maker. The pot stays hot and single server brews a delicious cup of coffee weather a pod or the included brewer cup. I love this coffee maker. I bought this to replace the lousy Hamilton Beach dual coffee maker, which lasted less than a year.

Purchased this coffee maker after going through two of another brand...didn't last. I've Cuisinart in the past and decided to try this coffeemaker and single-serve brewer. It makes wonderful coffee and has the ability to keep it piping hot when you choose the High button. Love that it has water filters in both the coffee brewer and single serve sides. Makes wonderful coffee and look forward to each cup I make.

I like the fact I can make a pot of coffee or single cups. Adding the water is awkward if you use the coffee carafe to pour water in the back corner of the machine.

After numerous cuisinart purchases, ( air fryer oven, duel sided waffle maker, skillet sets, pot and pan sets, hanging rack and hangers, kitchen tools etc etc) I decided to try their duel coffee maker annnd JUST like the other items and appliances it's wonderful . It produced the best K Cup coffee and carafe imaginable. We've had no issues whatever and our glemeing with satisfaction at every use. ( * We had another brand duel single and pot coffee maker working fine at the time of purchase - the 2 do not even compare in features nor taste in the slightest when using the same coffee grinds or pods - cuisinart dominated our owned competition which made its way bagged up to the basement *)
