We love the versatility of this model. We can make a whole pot when we are both home on the weekends and have a single cup during the week when a single cup is all that is needed. We have not been able to taste a difference in the quality from pot to cup. I’m very happy with my Cuisinart Coffee Center!

I have purchased four Coffee Centers . The first was beautiful lasted four years. The second 3 months , the third 1 month and the 4th 1 mos. spoke with customer service today snd while I loved the units while they worked , their working time was ridiculous. Each malfunctioned the same way. The start/ brew button ceased to work!!

Where pour the water in the tank for the pot of coffee is not very convenient. Difficult to get the water in the tank. Also doesn’t keep coffee as hot as my old one.

This is a quality unit. Just two quibbles- filling the carafe can be a little tricky because the pouring area is irregularly shaped and in the rear, and the single serve side splashes the coffee a bit.
But the coffee is good, maintenance is easy, and it looks good on the kitchen counter.
