It’s wonderful for us retired folks who spend a lot of days with early Dr appointments, we just k cup and out we go. Don’t waste a whole pot of coffee. Also hubby loves flavored coffee I don’t so he can try a lot of new brews.

This was a replacement. I bought this coffeemaker last December and the single serve side stopped brewing coffee and it was under warranty so your company replaced the coffeemaker.

I love everything about the coffee maker. However, the pot doesn't pour well. It dribbles down and gets water all over my counter. This is the 2nd time we purchased this same maker. We love the makers ability for full pots or single cup. But neither of them had pots that pour well. We thought after 4 years, the design would have improved. That's why it isn't 5 stars.

Pros: makes great coffee, convenient, very attractive. Cons: the valve for the single serve reservoir began to leak after just 5 months of use. Great customer service, replaced my unit. I hope it lasts.

It is a great machine. I do find pouring the water into the coffee pot side a bit difficult because the space to pour the water in is quite small. This would not detour me from loving this machine
