Like the look and the coffee. Faster serving than the Kuerig.

Great product; keeps the coffee hot after brewing. We like the option of making a full pot, or single cups using the Keurig feature.

We had 2 separate coffee pots. One regular pot and one Keurig. I like that the combo takes up less counter space.

Is very nice to have choice between brewing a cup or carafe. Has been working well for the last few months. Sputters a bit when brewing with K-cup but otherwise a solid appliance.

Beautiful, but has a couple of shortcomings

This is a really good looking coffee maker, very compact and looks nice on my counter. It has beautiful blue lights for all the functions and it's not a big and clumsy looking as some dual function coffee makers. The coffee pot works well and makes good coffee. The single cup coffee maker has a couple of drawbacks that frankly disappointed me. The coffee is not very hot, which I think is unforgivable. Sometimes if the coffee pod is not placed just right it sprays hot water and coffee grounds around. I also find that the water reservoir tends to leak a little around the bottom so I have to wipe the area with a towel. I frankly expected better from Cuisinart, especially considering the price.

My first experience with at home K-cups. Coffee is very tasty, but doesn't stay hot very long. Bad experience with on brand of biodegradable K-cups. The coffeemaker did not punch a complete hole in the top of the cup, and it made a big mess. To use up the rest of those cups, I had to manually poke a hold in the top of each cup before I ran it.

Use the filters. They are key to a long life for this product.

Seemed great. It has two types of servers in one. But there are problems.
First and most visible, literally all over the coffeemaker, and the counter, up to 12" or more away too, there are coffee drops everywhere. The coffee that drips into the cup at such a great distance splatters. Put a small cup and it's the worst, put an extremely tall cup/mug and it does eliminate it, if it reaches up to near the spigot. Very few people have/drink cups that tall.
Second, the two-part pod holder in the cupserver frequently disconnects and the spills are horrendous.
The big pot is perfect, but the little cup server on the right begs for a major redesign.
1. Fix the separating two-part pod holder.
2. Design the cup holder/base to adjust for different size cups to be brought up to the spigot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
