Great concept but needs some work. First coffee maker purchased leaked water from the base of the reservoir. Great customer service as they sent a replacement. I do believe after a couple of weeks the replacement coffee maker is doing the same.

Product works well and looks nice but has an awful smell of plastic coming from the water compartment and the coffee basket. I’ve tried leaving it open to air out, running vinegar through several times, leaving baking soda and oats in the basket overnight to absorb odor. Nothing works. It’s been 3 weeks and it’s getting better but still smells noxious.

The 12 cup coffee maker part was great, however I didn't care for the single serve brewer. When I put in the k- pod the coffee would not stream out without spraying outside the cup and onto the counter.
