Love my coffeemaker. Only complaint I have is the coffee splatters all over counter when using the single cup serve. Don’t think anything can be done about this. Not a major complaint just something to consider when purchasing.

This is the WORST appliance I have ever purchased. The single serve coffee maker doesn't work - the pod basically explodes and I get grounds everywhere and a totally undrinkable cup of coffee. The carafe leaks. I'm so disappointed in this product. I spent extra on the Cuisinart brand only to get a complete lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this machine, but I had to exchange it for a second one. The water tank for the k-cup leaked immediately upon attachment to base. The second one has been great with no leaks so far. It seems to me that a simple fix would be to put a rubber o-ring where it attaches to the base. I have an assortment of them from Lowe's, I will do this if it starts to leak. This is the best combo unit available that I have seen, so I want it to work flawlessly. And this is the 5th or 6th Cuisinart coffee maker I've bought over the years, either for myself or family. Love the Cuisinart line of appliances!

Although I love the flexibility of having both a pot of coffee and a single serve option I find it very difficult to fill the water reservoir for the pot without spilling water everywhere
