Almost perfect. Coffee is nice and hot. More flavorful than with other machines. The only issue is that the k-cup side spits outside the mug sometimes and splatters. Otherwise I'm very happy

The idea behind this product is great. However, the quality is not what I have come to expect of Cuisinart. I can only use certain coffee pods, some either blow up or don’t work at all. The carafe has a lid that doesn’t seal at the top of the glass and leaks all over the place when pouring the coffee. It is also difficult to fill the water compartment, the lid doesn’t open far enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the color options! This models best feature is the visible water level window on the side and that it has a bold button option. The fact that it was a dual maker is what sold me, however the water reservoir for the k-cup section leaks at the bottom and upon the first night it leaked the entire full reservoir onto my wood cabinet and ruined it. You cannot leave the k-cup top open to dry out after each use if you are using the carafe side. The 12 cup opening top drips down all over the backside of the maker when opened. The K-cup spurts coffee/cocoa all over the place when dispersing due to the cup being to low from the dispense area IF using a small or normal mug not travel mug. Overall this is a horrible product and would never suggest it to anyone for purchase.
