After reading some bad reviews for this coffee maker, I almost didn't buy it. I was worried that the single serving function was going to spray water or coffee all over me and my countertop. HOWEVER, I did buy and it has been FANTASTIC. I read a review that mentioned that the insert for k-cups needed to be placed in the holder with the arrows aligned. They felt that the bad reviews were a result of people overlooking this and I would guess that is the case after all. Mine works great and I love it!

K-Cup side of brewer needs a modification so it doesn't splatter all over the counter. Maybe a different nozzle where the coffee comes out ?

We love our new coffeemaker! It replaced a unit that did not have a water tank. It is so much more convenient (and less messy) to not have to add water every time you brew a cup of coffee. And fast! Your cup of coffee is done in no time. It was a great purchase.
