Received as a gift, to replace my old Keurig that I kept having trouble with! So far very pleased with my Cuisinart 12-cup CoffeeMaker with K-Cup for up to 10 oz.single cup. Great looking design,fits and looks nice on the counter. Makes outstanding Regular or Bold coffee with the brew strength button. And I like the fact that it doesn't retain the water where you can't empty it, to put fresh water in as in a Keurig design. Seems to be well made,and would recommend !

The water leaks all over. We tried everything to stop the leak and nothing works. Also when we use the single, the coffee is not hot so we have to heat it up every time. Not happy for the cost of the device.

The single serve coffee side is great, but the water tank does hold very much water. Having problems with the coffee pot grinds reservoir holding up more than a cup of water in the grinds, that keeps making small weak pots of coffee. Requires manually removing the water from the grinds reservoir because it won’t pass into the carafe.
