This is a replacement for earlier Cuisnart coffee maker which was leaking after multiple years of daily use. Left side of replacement Coffeemaker works well and coffee is hot and delicious. On single-serve side, brewer operates as expected other than the brewed coffee water is not as hot as left side. Just OK.

Sad. This company needs to work on their quality control. I’m glad I kept my old coffee maker because it still works. I had to return this defective unit after only one use. Water leaked all over our counter top in the kitchen.

We bought the Cuisinart coffee maker and K-cup maker about 6 weeks ago. It is delivering the coffee that we expected, with one defect. The K-cup dispenser splatters the hot coffee out of the exit tube into the cup and toward the front of the coffee maker. It makes a mess. That defect needs to be corrected. We cleaned the exit tube and it still splatters. Not good.

The single-serve side was built for travel cups/containers only. If you put an 8 oz. cup directly on the plate, the coffee splashes all over. It was only designed for tall cups.

Bought this after my Keurig broke and I love it! The single cup brews so much faster and quieter than the Keurig did. Easy to use and came with all the accessories, I didn’t have to go out and buy anything extra.
