Learning to start it and to make great coffee takes time and experimentation. Makes great coffee once you figure it out. Had trouble figuring out how to start it. Measurements of coffee used in my old coffeemaker didn’t work for this one. Have to use more coffee for same strength.

I want to love this coffee maker, but it is very messy. Water runs all over when adding water to make coffee or even when your pouring coffee in your mug. I think it is the design of the carafe. If this was fixed, it would be the perfect coffee maker!

A video of how the functions work would be helpful. We read the handbook but it's still a little confusing as to how each function works properly. We are fascinated with how quickly this item brews our coffee. it's so easy to clean and maintain. I love it!
