I purchased this coffee maker in September of 2020 and love it!
My favorite feature is the button that allows me to choose a stronger brew while using the same amount of coffee grounds. I use the Auto feature everyday so I when I get up there is a fresh cup of hot coffee waiting for me.

Coffee Center made good tasting coffee but the individual cup dispenser would splatter coffee over the maker and cup and counter .
So I returned to point of sale.
It would be good for Cosinart to review the distance between the coffee cup and the dispenser in the coffee maker. I recommend that a distance of not more than I wanted a 1/2 inches be maintained between the outlet of the coffee dispenser and the top of a coffee cup device.

It is an awesome machine. Only thing you should be aware of it does have a beep that lets you know the coffee is done brewing, so if no one is awake it may wake them.

Overall, it's a great coffee maker...it's just a bit complicated to program and brew. You have to set time to brew, on time, carafe temperature, make sure its turned on, push the brew button to "activate" the auto brewing....etc...
