Pros: brews coffee easily - both via pot/drip and via single serve; compact footprint for counter space.
Cons: Programming delayed brew - power must be ON; Clock gains about 3 to 5 minutes per day - so programming time is impacted after a few days; Single serve reservoir is too small; Biggest issue is the "tap" to punch a hole through the PODs is not long enough to puncture most PODs - and then the water spill all over the counter - and does not make coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
