Love the idea of a dual coffee pot, but the heating element on the 12 cup brewer is already peeling away. Looks terrible as the heating element is two colors. Very disappointed.

I really like this. I love having the separate options of the carafe or the k cups. Some reviewers state the k cup side "spits" coffee and makes a mess but I haven't experienced that at all. I don't like that the carafe warmer shuts off after one hour. I haven't researched too much if this is adjustable though. I also am having difficulty getting the auto brew timer to work but, again, I haven't looked into it to much to figure it out. I'm really happy I purchased this item. It's also very nice looking and matches my appliances well.

I have many cuisinart products so when looking for a coffee maker for my new house, I definitely wanted more cuisinart products. The set up was so quick and easy and the coffee brews very hot. I love it so much. It is perfect having the single cup brewer and the ability to make a pot of coffee.

Make sure the filter basket is pushed down fully. The water in 2 of my first 4 pots stayed in the filter instead of in the coffee pot. A mess

It is awful. I was so excited because this coffee center looked AMAZING!! It is constantly leaking water out of the back and the singleserve part where you put the pod is always filling up with coffee grounds somehow and making a huge mess that is not easy to clean. I have tried contacting the company and have not been responded to. I miss my Keurig and I regret this purchase.

I'm especially pleased with Cuisinart and this coffeemaker. We ordered the black model and loved it. But it started leaking from somewhere within a couple of weeks. We called and were sent a replacement. Because we didn't want to wait longer, we agreed to the white model. It looks fantastic. As with the black model, our coffee really tastes better than the brew from our previous brand (sorry Hamilton Beach). This brand was more expensive but seems worth it.
