We are very pleased with this coffee maker. As we moved away from making pots of coffee to single serve units like Keurig and Nespresso we longed for waking up to the aroma of fresh brewed coffee. This coffee maker has the automatic brewer timer and its heaven for cool autumn mornings. The single serve unit is a wonderful plus when you desire just a quick cup.

We mostly use the 12 cup maker, we are pleased with the taste. The single serve often starts dripping for no reason ,I have to turn the whole unit off. The burner for the carafe has already chipped/ flaked off in an area.

Love this coffee machine. The first one I got did develop a leak but Cuisinart stands behind their products they sent me a new one and it makes the perfect cup of coffee. Doesn't matter whether you're brewing a whole pot or making a single serve
