Machine leaks from the single serve tank even after requesting and receiving a replacement. Started leaking after less than 6 months of use and continuing leaking with replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to take my first purchase back as the clock was going ahead of time. It got up to almost 15 minutes ahead, thus the coffee in the morning was done too early. I noticed the second purchase, the clock is also moving too fast, but I am just resetting it each week.

I don't know why there are a number of negative reviews on this product. I find it to be a welcomed addition to our kitchen for brewing coffee in either the craft or the single serve side. As user of may items form Cuisinart products I can tell you that this coffee center is made to Cuisinart's high standards for all their products. Don't be fooled by these reviews claiming that the product is flawed or fails within a short amount of time. Cuisinart is a long standing reputable company that will back up all it's products. Just so you know I p]purchased this item for myself and family, have used both the single serve and the craft side for brewing and never once had a problem or have seen any of the problems noted in negative reviews.
